Key Tasks and Responsibilities: / Reporting to the Directors, you will work on a variety of projects including new build and refurbishment projects, as well as providing office based support. Technical support will include:
·  Preparing feasibility reports
·  Preparing estimates/cost plans
·  Developing tender documents and reports
·  Providing contract advice
·  Providing cost management services on projects
·  Attending meetings
·  Preparing interim valuations, cost reports and final accounts.
·  Liaising with the colleagues to ensure deliverables are achieved on time, to Client requirements and within budget

PART 2A: ESSENTIAL AND DESIRABLE CRITERIA
Criteria are assessed at the shortlisting stage.
The essential criteria must be met in order for an applicant to be eligible for interview. / We are seeking high calibre graduates who are client focused, enthusiastic and wish to be part of a growing business.
The preference is for graduates with a degree in quantity surveying, however we will consider applications from non-cognate degree holders, provided that they can demonstrate commercial /technical acumen.
