2. Videotapes of you assisting teachers/instructors with this teaching skill (provided you videotaped your helping conferences).

3. A partial list of the validated tasks (Competency No. 719) and/or a partial list, 15 to 20, of validated terminal performance objectives (Competency No. 722). INCLUDE those for which you have EP.

4. Copies of the analyses/data/forms, etc. to determine the enabling power of the objectives.

5. Several (limited to 1015) terminal performance objectives with the enabling performance objectives for each.

5. prioritized essential knowledge, attitude/value and psycho-motor skills that would be most necessary for entry-level job requirements
6. developed enabling objectives relevant to the attainment and support of a given terminal performance objective
