How to submit your Application Research Experience project for faculty review

The College of Education is using a service called Submittable to collect and review your Application Research Experience projects.

Step 1 – Visit the EDUC Submittable site

·  Open https://educ.submittable.com/submit/af53908f-7593-4bae-9281-6e1c904f3581 in your web browser.

·  If you already have a Submittable account, log in to your account with your email address and password. Skip to Step 3. If you do not have a Submittable account, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 – Create a free Submittable.com account

·  If you do not have a Submittable account, create one now. There is no charge for this account, and it only requires a minute to register.

·  Add Submittable to the list of “safe senders” in your email client. This is to make sure emails from Submittable don’t end up in your Junk/Spam folder


·  Fill out the form fields with your information. Use your TTU email address.

Step 3 – Fill out the submission form

·  Fill out the information about your project as indicated on the form:

o  Research Title

o  Your Name(s)

o  Project Mentor Name(s)

o  Program Area

o  Application Research Project Description

o  What did you learn about conducting research or yourself as a researcher through this experience?

o  What did you find most challenging about participating in this Application Research Project?

o  YouTube Video URL

·  All these fields are required.

·  If you have not yet uploaded your video to YouTube, you cannot submit this form until you do so.

·  If you lost or forgot the URL for your YouTube video, you can find it on the My Videos page: https://www.youtube.com/my_videos

·  When all form fields are filled, click the Submit button at the bottom of the form. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
