Duvha foundry was established in 2012, by Mr A.S Tshivhase. It is a casting manufacturing business producing castings in chrome Iron, Steel and stainless steel alloys. We produce castings in Silica Sand mould made from wooden or resin patterns.
Duvha foundry can produce from basic sand castings, to extremely complex, multi core moulds. Duvha foundry is determined to stay ahead of modern casting need. Duvha foundry expects growth in both sales and revenue due to quality products, just in time delivery and competitive pricing i.e.customers’ satisfaction.

Quality Policy/Processes
Quality is the heart beat of Duvha foundry. Prior to any casting being poured, we test every heat to ensure conformance to all association guidelines and customers requirements. All castings are metallurgically tested using our Bruker spectrograph, hardness testing machine, sent out for tensile testing and/or X-Ray testing to ensure solidity were required. Duvha Foundries is on the process of becomingISO 9001:2008 Through ISO Quest and TUV Rheinland.
Facilities, Capabilities and Key Personnel
Duvha foundry has a 500 KG Furnace body controlled on 200KW power pack, Brucker Q2 Spectrometer, a PMSA sand batch mixer, hardness tester, Sand Blasting Unit, Compressor, 2 Ton Crane and all other foundry accessories.
The foundry can cast Steel,Heat and Chemical resistance Stainless Steel, Chrome Iron, Cast Iron and SG Iron, and Special steel like Manganese and etc.Castingsweight range from 2 KG to 300 KG depending on the castings yield and method requirements.
The foundry is managed and operated by A. S Tshivhase, maintenance managed by Simon Ndishavhelafhi Radzuma, Foundry Metallurgy by Stanley Tshivhase andTrainee Student, Process controller and Inspection by Ronewa Tshivhase, stock controller by Patience Ntanganedzeni Ramagoma, Production Coordinated by Ayanda Jizane, Foundry administrator Gladys Mutshinyalo Tshivhase.
