Scholarship Application
Two $750.00 scholarships are available to students pursuing training for careers in continuing education in Ag. Studies. The awards are based on scholastic achievement, leadership in agriculture, and ability to contribute to agriculture in the future. Eligibility for these scholarships is limited to applicants whose parents, guardians or grandparents have membership (either Class A or Class B) in East Central Iowa Cooperative.
INSTRUCTIONS:
To Students:
Your application must include:
- One completed character reference form (other than teachers)
- This completed application form
- Your high school and current grade transcript
- Two completed character reference forms from teachers
- Feel free to use more paper for any questions if necessary
To School Officials:
- Distribute application to qualified students
- Collect the completed application
- Complete certificate on the bottom of this page
