Prom Agreement

AllOHS students purchasing a prom ticketmust have this form completed before purchasingprom tickets.

If you are bringing a guest that is not a student at OHS, you will need to complete and submit a guest pass in the dean’s office prior to purchasing your tickets. Your guest will not be permitted into the prom without an approved guest pass.

As an OHS student attending prom, I have read and understand the following rules for prom…

  1. Students must be in attendance at school for at least a half day, the Friday before prom (4/10/15) in order to attend prom.
  2. Doors open at 6:00pm and will stay open for 1 hour. There will be no admittance after 7:00pm.
  3. Every person attending prom must have a currenthigh school ID. If your guest is not a high school student, then a valid state issued ID card must be presented and you must fill out a guest pass.
  4. Advance ticket purchase is required. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.Once your ticket is purchased, it is yours and yours only. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any reason.
  5. Even though prom is not being held at OHS, all school and district rules still apply.
  6. Inappropriate dancing will be cause for removal from prom with no refund.
  7. This completed and signed agreement must be turned in with your money in order to purchase your tickets.

Important Information regarding prom:

Prom is being held at Jennifer’s Garden in Morris, IL (see top of form for address).

The venue doors will open at 6:00 pm. You must arrive after 6:00 pm and before 7:00 pm. Dinner will be served around 7:00 pm followed by music and dancing. Photography by Feltes will be available (for purchase) from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

You can choose your table when you purchase prom tickets. Table selection is on a first come, first served basis. Table assignments cannot be changed once you have selected them during the time of ticket purchase. It is in your best interest for everyone that wants to sit together at a table to purchase their tickets at the same time and as early as possible to ensure that you will be seated together. Seats cannot be reserved without purchasing a ticket.

Prom will end at 11:00 pm. If you are not driving yourself, please arrange for your transportation to pick you up from Jennifer’s Garden at 11:00 pm.

Tickets will be sold on Tuesday 3/17, Wednesday 3/18, and Thursday3/19 during lunch hours and then Tuesday 3/17and Thursday 3/19after school. Tickets may be purchased with cash or check made payable to Oswego High School. Tickets are $85 each / $170 couple. Please plan accordingly. Tickets can only be sold during these times. Due to contractual deadlines with the venue, we cannot extend ticket sales past 3/19.
