Grade 1 Supply List
2018/2019
We are so excited to be your child’s First Grade teacher for the 2017-2018 school year!
First Grade is a magical year! The children will learn and grow so much! We have so many wonderful experiences planned for them. We can’t wait to get started!
We will purchase school supplies for your child over the summer including:
1 green marble notebook – wide ruled
1 red marble notebook – wide ruled
1 spiral notebook (70 sheets)
4 folders ~ 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 blue, 1 green
1 hard plastic pencil box
We are collecting $10 per child to cover the cost of these supplies. Kindly send payment in an envelope, with your child’s name on it, by Friday September 15th.
In addition, here is the FIRST GRADE Supply List. Please purchase all of these items over the summer. It will be helpful if your child arrives in September with his/her supplies, so that we may get started right away.
1 ream of copy paper
1 pack of dry erase markers (or 4 dry erase markers)
1 pack of Crayola crayons (24 pack)
1 pack of Crayola markers (regular size, not fine point)
1 good quality eraser
1 pair of scissors
4 glue sticks
20 pencils (sharpened)
4 Post-it pads – 3 inch square size
1 box of Ziploc bags – the 1 gallon size or 2 gallon size. The bags you press and close are best – not the slider bags, please.
1 clean sock to be used as a white board eraser
1 box of tissues
1 roll of paper towels
1 package of baby wipes
1 package of disinfecting wipes (for example, Clorox wipes)
