Session 1 7:00 – 7:15 am
(Lanes 1 -3 – Hillside, Lanes 4-6 - Laurelwood )
Session 2 7:15 – 7:30 am
(Lanes 1 & 2 – Nine Oaks, Lanes 3-6 – Baker Park)
Session 3 7:30 – 7:45 am
(Lane 1&2 – Skippack, Lanes 3&4 – Upper Perk, Lanes 5&6-Nine Oaks)
Meet Begins 8:00 am
Entries: Entries must be received at the Championship Meeting. Your entry will not be valid without a check for the entire amount due. We are using Hy-Tek Meet Manager for Windows. Teams are required to submit entries in Team Manager format. If you have any questions please contact Dannelle Gerhart 610-721-8987
Each swimmer MUST be on their team’s active roster that was submitted to the League, and must have swum in at least three (3) scheduled league meets.
Qualification times must be submitted based on times that are swum at a dual meet or a League-sanctioned invitational meet during the current season.
Line-up additions are not allowed during the pre-meet/scratch meeting
Each swimmer may enter a maximum of four (4) events, with a maximum of three (3) individual events. If a swimmer attempts to enter more than four events, the swimmer will be entered into the first relay and the first three individual events selected.
Four (4) swimmers must be listed for each relay entry. Four (4) alternates may be designated for each relay. When entering more than one (1) relay, please designate the different relays as A, B, etc…
Entry Fee: $3.00 per each individual event, $12.00 per relay. No team entry will be accepted without one check for the entire amount of your entry payable to: TRI-COUNTY SWIM LEAGUE
Admission: Free admission. Programs will be available for $3.00.
Awards: Individual events:
Medals for 1st through 3rd place
Rosettes for 4th through 6th place
Ribbons for 7th through 9th place
Relays:
Medals for 1st through 3rd place
. Ribbons for 4th through 6th place
Meet Rules: The Tri-County Swim League Championship is governed by the current USA Swimming Rules and Regulations with modified Tri-County League Rules as written in the League Constitution. All events will be timed finals.
It is the coaches’ responsibility to get their swimmers to the ready benches in a timely fashion prior to the start of each event.
Final Results: Results will be posted during the meet. One copy will be given to each team’s coach at the end of the meet.
