This not-for-profit organization received a government grant for self-improvement, with which this one-year data manager position was created.
· Dramatically improved quality, details, and employee usage (over 40%), and innovated electronic reporting via Oracle SQL programming and development, Excel, Pentaho report writer, and more.
o This directly assisted a dramatic increase in billing accuracy and efficiency, and various government and other grant increases (431%, 6% total revenue increase).
· Liaison between non-IT supervisors, IT department, executive management, and two 3rd party IT companies.
o Participated in and contributed to executive committees dealing with various operations and IT concerns and projects, directly assisting with or cause of success of projects.
o Single handedly negotiated and persuaded a four-way compromise during a conference call involving two internal departments, and two 3rd party IT organizations that are essentially competitors.
