Sending the thank you notes/tax receipt to the families that have donated $100 or more during the Membership drive. Thank you/tax receipt letters are sent out after the Membership drive is over and the Membership Committee finishes their data entry (end of October, early November). The Membership Committee Chair then forwards the donation list to the Corresponding Secretary so the letters can be generated on Union Home and School Club letterhead. Any missing addresses can be obtained from the front office.
Attend the monthly board meetings.

Receive the Excel file from the Membership Committee once the Membership drive is over. This date varies depending on when the drive closes and all of the necessary information and money has been received.

Send out the thank you note/tax receipt but this date is dependent on when the information is received from the Membership Committee. For tax purposes, letters need to be completed before the end of the year.
