We would like to extend to you an invitation to be an exhibitor during our 2018Louisiana Tactical Police Officers Association Annual Training Conference. The

Conferencewill be held in Baton Rouge, LA. It will begin on Monday May 7thand will end on Friday, May 11th, 2018.The Baton Rouge P.D. SRT will be the host agency this year.

The host hotel will be the Baton Rouge Marriott located at5500 Hilton Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70808.Phone number is (225) 924-5000.A block of rooms has been reserved for this conference at a rate of $97.00 per night, single or double occupancy. Please let the hotel know you are with the LTPOA conference when booking. This price is good until April 7th, 2017.

Vendor Day will be held Monday, May 7th at theBaton Rouge Marriottfrom 8am until 5:00pm. Vendors will be allowed to set up at the Baton Rouge Marriott on the afternoon of Sunday, May 6th. Mondaywill be dedicated to you, the vendor, with the vendor exhibit opening at 8 am with registration.

Our conference offers a rare opportunity for many officers to see the latest technology, supplies, equipment and weapons available for law enforcement, especially in the tactical community. Our Vendors are a very important part of our conference and we want to support you any way we can.

The vendor fee is $400.00 per exhibitor. Your booth space will accommodate your needs and provide a high degree of traffic from the attendees. Area agencies are also invited to the Vendor Show, free of charge, to increase your prospective audience. Lunch and an Incident Debrief will be provided to keep our attendees with the vendors as much as possible.

Please indicate on your vendor registration form if you would like to set up on Sunday or early Monday morning and how many tables your need (8 feet) and if you need an electrical outlet.

Vendors like you are an extremely important part of a successful training conference. We depend on our vendors to provide information on new equipment that will aid in tactical operations.
