Project Manager – specialty fiber optics factory construction
Managed via team approach both facilities and construction project including negotiations and execution of furniture space plan, furniture selection/installation, vending selection, clean room cleaning & maintenance, database design/management, signage design/installation, and negotiated H.V.A.C. maintenance contracts. Designed and selected vendors to manage the installation of the VoIP data/communications network for this 65,000-square foot specialty fiber optic production facility. I oversaw the installation process from incubation to completion with vendors and the IT department. Also supported the IT department and served as a liaison to remote offices.
