Congratulations on your accreditation of the STEP Employer Partnership Programme (EPP)!
This document serves to highlight the many benefits and opportunities now open to you, in order to help you get the most from your accreditation.
We strongly encourage you to visit the Employer pages on our website forthe latest information and support materials. In addition please log-in (using the username and password previously emailed to you), to gain access to the dedicated employer pagers, where you willfind a wealth of resources and benefits, at this link:

Promotional Opportunities
-Your EPP accreditation logo and certificate of accreditation will be sentto you. Please see the document below for details of how and where you can use your accreditation logo to best effect:
-Please send your company logo to us and we will be delighted to add this to the STEP website and feature it in the rolling list of accredited partners as well as on the full listing: Your accreditation will also be publicised in various STEP publications, member briefings and on social media.
-Social media: Upon achieving accreditation, we will announce your achievement via the EPP LinkedIn page, (which we encourage you to join and use as a platform to network, share ideas etc.), see here as well as on Twitter; @STEPSociety. You may also want to like and follow our main Facebook page here: also join the wider STEP LinkedIn group here:
-Press releases: we encourage you to share the news of your accreditation and will be pleased to help you to put together a press release, providing you with a quote if you would like. A guide to STEP’s media procedures which must be followed prior to the distribution of your press release, may be found here, along with some example press releases for your information: Please note that all press releases must be approved by STEP’s Communications Department prior to general distribution. STEP will add your press release to the Employer pages of the STEP website, which will be additional publicity of your accreditation achievement.
-60 Second Interviews – these are published on our twice weekly e-newsletters to the whole membership, circulated via social media and also placed on our website, so provide an excellent promotional opportunity for you.There are some standard questions which we ask you to answer and we require a full colour, high resolution (300dpi) headshot to accompany the Q&A’s please. Examples of past interviews can be found on our website at the following link; Do get in touch with us if you or a member of your firm would like to promote your organisation and accreditation in this way.
-Case studies and quotes – a great way for you to gain visibility on the STEP website and promote the professional development and learning & development opportunities in your firm. Knowledge Sharing and Networking opportunities
-We are always delighted to showcase examples of L&D templates, case studies, interesting L&D themed presentationsetc., on the STEP website, which can be branded with your company logo and further promote your brand.
