[1]"Expert" in the context of this project means an expert working for the administration of an EU member state

[2] For example, it could concern the development or improvement of: a. Regulatory tools such as water tariffs or industrial permitting; b. Environmental monitoring networks; c. Awareness raising and access to information; d. Planning tools like river basin management plans, environmental impact assessments or strategic environmental assessments; e. The development of policy or legislation, etc.
