The Cleveland PTA would like to invite you to join our organization. We have a lot of great things planned for the upcoming school year including Family Fun Nights, Breakfast with a Buddy, monthly Wellness Events and much more. If you are interested in becoming a member of the Cleveland PTA and help make thing happen, please complete the form below and return it to school. There are two ways to return your form:

1.  Bring it to Back to School night and drop it off at the PTA table.

2.  Send it to the school office attention Cleveland PTA.

Additionally, the PTA is looking for volunteers for upcoming PTA events. Attached is a copy of the PTA Volunteer Survey. Simply indicate on the survey if you are interested in volunteering at an event and you will be contacted by the PTA chairperson for that event. For any questions regarding a specific event, please contact the chairperson listed.
