The Incoming Regular Members of the Iufost Governing Council Are Welcomed As Follows

August 2014 –The International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST) presents the newly elected members of the IUFoST Governing Council, Scientific Council, Academy Executive Council and Fellow of the International Academy of Food Science and Technology (IAFoST), all of whom will be inducted at the 17th World Congress of Food Science and Technology (World Food Congress) in Montreal, Canada this month.

Professor Dr. Emer. Dietrich Knorr is the incoming President Elect of IUFoST, term beginning at the end of the 17th World Congress of Food Science and Technology, Montreal Canada and continuing until the end of the 18th World Congress, August 2016, in Dublin Ireland.

Dr. Pingfan Rao becomes Past President of IUFoST, Walter Spiess becomes Past President of the Academy, Gustavo Barbosa-Canovas becomes Past Chair of the Scientific Council. Judith Meech is IUFoST Secretary-General.
