Signet Classics Student Scholarship / (5) $1,000 / 4/14/17 / Open to 11th and 12th grade full-time matriculated students who are attending high schools located in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, or home-schooled students between the ages of 16-18 who are residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.
There are five (5) prizes available to be won. Each prize includes a check in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to be used toward winner's tuition and/or expenses related to their higher education. Each prize also includes a Signet Classics Library for the winner's school library, or public library in the case of a home-schooled winner (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") = $1,600.00). Total ARV per prize = $2,600.00.

Our Filipino School Scholarship / 4/14/17 / Deserving Seniors of Filipino descent who will attend a two to four year college/university upon graduation. Eskwela Natin exists to educate Filipino American Children about the rich and diverse Filipino culture,, ensuring the unique traditions of the Philippines are passed on to the next generation in a safe and fun environment. The Haggerty Construction, Inc. Scholarship Program / Up to $5,000 / 4/14/17 / The Haggerty Construction, Inc. Scholarship Program is distributing up to $5,000 in scholarship funds to ten San Joaquin County high school or vocational/technical institute seniors enrolled in programs specific to the building/construction industry and wishing to further their knowledge and advance their career by entering a college or trade school in the areas of; Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Planning, Urban/rural Land Development and Interior or Landscape Design.

LA FRA Scholarship / (1) $1,000 / 4/15/17 / LA FRA Scholarship: be awarded annually to the male or female candidate chosen from children or grandchildren of members of the FRA and LA FRA.
The Sam Rose Memorial Scholarship Fund: To be awarded to the male or female candidate chosen from the sons, daughters, grandsons, or granddaughters of deceased LA FRA and FRA members.
Allie Mae Oden Memorial Scholarship: is awarded to a candidate chosen from the children or grandchildren of members of the FRA or LA FRA.

NDTA Scholarships / (10) $1,000 / 4/16/17 / Applicant must be a member of NDTA or a dependent of an NDTA member in good standing.
Requirements
1) At the time of filing his/her application, the student must be enrolled in a regionally accredited college or university.
2) The regionally accredited college/university, which the applicant attends, must offer a minimum of 15 semester hours (or equivalent quarter hours) in logistics, transportation, supply chain, physical distribution or passenger travel services or some combination of these fields of study.
3) The applicant must indicate on his/her application the logistics, transportation, supply chain, physical distribution or passenger travel services courses, he/she plans to incorporate into his/her degree program. These courses must comprise at least 15 semester hours (or quarter hour equivalent) of the student's required hours for a degree.

Brookside Optometric Group Scholarship / $1,000 / 4/16/17 / We represent a foundation of area doctors at Brookside Optometric Group in Stockton, seeking to offer a college scholarship for $1000 to a local senior planning to attending college this fall. The theme this year is 'Passing the Vision.' We are asking students to apply using a picture with a teacher or coach that inspired them and a comment about the influential teacher or coach. Additionally, we are awarding the winning teacher or coach $250. We will be listing the scholarship application, a simple photo entry on-line through the website, Facebook and Instagram. Our preference is to have applicants from San Joaquin County high schools. We would like to have your support and participation in getting the word out to students, and even their parents. Parents can apply for their students this year. We are complying with all federal and state standards and criteria for scholarships. For 2017 term, there are 25 positions available.
Preference will be given to the students in the upper classes. Applications must include a reference letter from a teacher and/or counselor.
Open to all high school students, this program provides 25 students each year with a unique learning experience – direct exposure to the justice system in operation. Students also have the opportunity to build professional and academic networks. Graduating from this program also looks great on the student's resume for college. . Sometimes we receive quite a few scholarship applications that are not put together correctly and would like to make sure this process goes smoothly.

OUT OF STATE COLLEGES SCHOLARSHIP WEBSITE: Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)

§  Students who are residents of WICHE states are eligible to request a reduced tuition rate of 150% of resident tuition at participating two- and four-year college programs outside of their home state.

§  The WUE reduced tuition rate is not automatically awarded to all eligible candidates. Many institutions limit the number of new WUE awards each academic year, so apply early!
