Nights of Passage - Program Overview: 2015-2016

Nights of Passage is a tried and true program for The Glenlivet Scotch. A series of exclusive evening events where Guardians (brand loyalist who sign up to become member via the website) can learn more about the brand and mix and mingle.

A brand Ambassador on site will provide Guardians with a focused, yet simplified, single malt scotch education.

Other roles include (these roles may be switched to provide everyone with the best experience in the role that fits them best. Please recommend to either of the tour managers if you feel you are an especially excellent fit for one of the below roles. If you name is next to one of these roles it is just a recommendation please feel free to trade if you feel you are a better fit for another role once on site.

Basic: Brand Ambassador Role: Brand knowledge about The Glenlivet Scotch, outgoing easily approachable. In this role you will be greeting and checking guest in. Directing patrons to the main seating area and displays. Helping at the end to escort consumers out and make event area ready for the next program.

Tagkat Brand Ambassador In charge of taking photos of patrons at the event so they can cast them out to their social networks. This person must be SUPER outgoing and have fun approaching guest and getting them to take photos.

Directional Brand Ambassador: (male role) this role may be outside the venue- please dress accordingly. You will be directing patrons to the entrance of the venue. You will also be helping with any duties the managers need help with.

Wardrobe:

Local staff (Female):

·  Staff to wear provided dress with a simple black pump (preferably closed toed).

·  ***Please bring a change of clothes and shoes (comfortable) the final day as you will help with light packing the final few hours after the event.

·  Local staff to wear long sleeve black button downs and black slacks. Ties will be sent directly to each in-market producer.

Appearance (VERY IMPORTANT!!!)

·  Female: Must own a “naturally polished” approach with light make-up, no colored lipstick or eyeshadow. Nails should be cleaned and/or neatly polished with no bright/loud colors. Hair should be fully done and worn in a fashion that you feel represents you the best.

·  Male: Must be well-groomed and clean shaved.

·  Staff who do not follow this should be addressed. It is very important to the brand that our staff look a specific way. You should always be clean, fresh and ready to work.

Idea of Event Flow:

·  Doors open, Guests are checked-in at the door using the iPad registration system

·  45 minutes: Guests register, get a dram at the bar, passed hors d’oeuvres, mingle in the

·  lifestyle installations (chocolate, pocket squares and tag kast)

·  15 minutes: Seating Process

·  40 minutes: Presentation

2nd event for the night

·  45 minutes: Reset Room: Bus tables, wipe tables, switch out tasting kits

·  45 minutes: Guests register, get a dram at the bar, mingle in the lifestyle installations(chocolate, pocket squares and tag kast)

·  15 minutes: Seating Process

·  40 minutes: Presentation
