I/O PSYCHOLOGY

PERSONAL STATEMENT FORM

I/O APPLICANTS – This form is an example of the questions you will be asked in the electronic form. You can complete this form so you can easily copy and paste your responses in the electronic form.

The following questions ask about your interests, training, experience, and overall preparedness for doctoral level study in IO psychology. This questionnaire is in place of the traditional personal statement. You do not need to upload a separate statement.

Please answer each question as fully as you can. Asking the same questions of all applicants helps us ensure a level playing field – we don’t want to miss any important information about your qualifications. The final question gives you an opportunity to share anything you think we should be aware of that is not covered in the preceding questions.
