2009 Board of Directors: Patrick Maloney-President, Tom Dailey-Vice President, Catherine Juric-Director, Helen Barcham-Secretary, Robert Rita-Treasurer. Date, time and location of board meetings will be posted in advance. Board members serve 2-year staggered terms and are elected out the Association’s annual meeting.

Building e-Mail List: Send an email to requesting to be added, or sign up directly at Join this group to receive email updates (neighborhood news, city snow updates, police notices, etc.) and as a forum to communicate with other residents by email. The service is free. 50+ members and growing!

All residents, guests, delivery personnel and contractors are subject to the 515 Main Rules and Regulations (rev. 10/2007) as well as the Condominium Declaration. If you are unfamiliar with these documents and would like a copy, please contact Bill Cannon (address above)

All move-ins/move-outs require payment of a fee and must be scheduled in advance through Schermerhorn. No weekend moves are permitted. Please be sure all delivery/moving personnel follow the rules posted on the loading dock door.

Your Assessments at Work

Gas, Heat, Water, Basic Cable, Routine Maintenance, Window Cleaning, Common Area Carpet Cleaning, Trash Removal, Management Services, Snow Removal, Landscaping and more are included in your monthly assessments. Your assessments are partially subsidized by income from rooftop cellular towers (US Cellular and T-Mobile) (Rev. 7/14/09)
