The Purpose of the Collingswood High School Athletic Hall of Fame is to honor people who have brought honor and recognition to Collingswood through their exemplary and outstanding contributions to athletics and civic accomplishment and also to provide financial support to CollingswoodHigh School student athletes toward their college expenses through the distribution of financial awards.

In line with this purpose, the organization is proud to offer over $50,000 in scholarships each year to deserving graduating high school student athletes. It is only through the generosity of the scholarship donors and many other CHS athletic benefactors that this level of support can be maintained. These scholarships are not outright gifts. Rather, the Hall of Fame Board has established strict guidelines of minimum grade – point averages that must be maintained for scholarships to be renewed each semester.
