ASK THE RECEPTIONIST TO TAKE A MESSAGE AND THE GP WILL CALL YOU BACK. PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR CORRECT DETAILS AND THE BEST TIME TO CALL YOU BACK.

PLEASE TRY TO SEE THE SAME GP FOR EACH APPOINTMENT. IF YOU NEED A FOLLOW APPOINTMENT PLEASE MAKE THIS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SURGERY.
Ø MULTIPLE PROBLEMS & 10 MINUTE APPOINTMENTS
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE PROBLEM THEN IT MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH IT IN A SINGLE APPOINTMENT. INFORM THE RECEPTIONIST IF YOU THINK YOU NEED MORE TIME.
