GUESTS MUST BE UNDER the age of 21 TO ATTEND PROM and will require a permission form.

ID's will be checked at the door. Doors close at 9:00 p.m.

COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS:

PGCPS students must complete a minimum of 24 service-learning hours for graduation. The last day to turn in SSL hours is December 15, 2017.

Students with last names that begin with letters A-K should submit their SSL hours to Ms. Berry in North Guidance. Students with last names that begin with letters L-Z should submit their SSL hours to Ms. Cohen in South Guidance.

GRADUATION REHEARSAL (MANDATORY):

CAP/GOWN AND TICKET DISTRIBUTION:

●Cap & Gown units will be distributed immediately following graduation rehearsal.

●Every senior will receive 10 tickets to graduation. Students will receive these tickets after Graduation Rehearsal.

●Requests for up to ten additional ticketsmust come from parent/guardian and submitted to Mrs. Parfitt () on or before Friday, May 18, 2018. You may submit a hard copy request or email. These tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. A request does not guarantee extra tickets. SEE TEXT AT RIGHT for more information.

●Students may not request extra graduation ceremony tickets, but they may submit the hard copy parent request to Ms. Parfitt.

●All requests must include: student full name, parent email address, number of tickets requested, & parent signature for hard copy only.

●Emailed requests will receive a reply; hard copy requests should be submitted to attendance office (pink half door in main hallway).

●Additional tickets will be distributed starting Tuesday, May 23rd through Friday, May 25th, between the hours of 7:00am – 3:00pm.

●Parent/guardian must pick up the requested additional tickets; no students may pick up tickets.

●Graduates must arrive by 12 noon.

●Disabled Guest Parking

Handicapped placards and license plates will be honored and you will be escorted to the appropriate parking locations by campus patrols.

●Hearing Impaired- a designated seating area will be reserved for the hearing impaired. A certified interpreter will be provided if requested.

●A designated area is located on the upper concourse level for wheel chairs

●Parent/Guest/Student Parking will be available in lots 9B, 9C, 11B, 11C, 4A and 4I. Parking Signs and campus patrols will be available to provide assistance.

●Prohibited Items: Food or Drink, Balloons, or Noise Making Devices (Air Horns, etc), and Vending of any kind will not be permitted in the XFinity Center. Please leave these items at home or in your cars. You will not be permitted into the XFinity Center and will be asked to return to your car if you have these items with you.

●Guest Arrival: The main seating area will open at 1:00p.m. Doors will close 1 hour after the graduation has begun. Guests are encouraged toarrive early.

●White oxford shirt (optional black or blue tie); black dress pants; black dress shoes with black socksOR

●Black dress; black dress shoes; (optional black/nude stockings)

●Shoes should be comfortable for walking across the stage (no flip flops or heels more than 4 inches).
