A delivery order that exceeds the maximum order may be placed under the schedule contract in accordance with FAR 8.404.
3. MINIMUM ORDER: Two hundred (200) gallons per individual storage tank.
4. GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE: Domestic, 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Washington, DC, and U.S. territories and a port or consolidation point, within the aforementioned areas, for orders received from overseas activities
5. PRODUCTION POINT: Manufacturer of Product, CHEVRON Highway 33, McKittrick, Kern County, CA 93308 and CHEVRON, El Segundo, Los Angeles County, CA 91352.
6. DISCOUNT FROM LIST PRICES: See Geographic Pricing Table below for GSA Price which includes the IFF.
For calculation of the GSA Schedule price (price paid by customers ordering from the GSA Schedule, and the price to be loaded into GSA Advantage), the contractor should deduct the appropriate basic discount from the list price and add the prevailing IFF rate to the negotiated discounted price (Net GSA price). Current IFF rate is 0.75%.
The final Schedule contract award price is calculated as follows: Negotiated price divided by (1 minus .0075) which equates to Negotiated price divided by 0.9925. Example: ($100,000 / 0.9925) = $100,755.67
7. QUANTITY/VOLUME DISCOUNTS: Contracted gallons only / 10,000-100,000 = additional 2%, 100,001-250,000 = additional 4%, 250,001 or more = additional 6%.
8. PROMPT PAYMENT TERMS: Net 30 days. Information for Ordering Offices: Prompt payment terms cannot be negotiated out of the contractual agreement in exchange for other concessions.

b) Note: Contractor supplied storage tanks can only be filled by the owner of said tank per applicable codes. This contractor will not allow other suppliers to fill SLBD/DLE owned tanks, nor will this contractor fill any tanks not owned by SLBD/DLE unless owned by the government. Tanks not previously installed under prior supply contracts may be subject to normal installation and rental fees at the time of delivery on an open market basis.
