Duties/Responsibilities Provision of aviation plan in support for Platform.
Flight scheduling of all core crew personnel in
any 12-month period.
Scheduling of all Ad-hoc crew and visitors.
Preparation of daily flights and passenger listings.
Proactive interface with aviation contractor, ensuring compliance with relevant scope of service.
Interface with projects to facilitate aviation resource sharing.
Provide regular cost allocations on aviation spend.
Helicopter statistics and costs on spreadsheets.
Notify passengers/originators of check–in times at Heliport.
Liase with helicopter departure points and offshore installations.
Management of Heliport George.

Co-ordinating loading of Chemicals onto supply vessel (bulk).

Creating of requisitions and orders on SAP
