Request for Price Quotation for a Termite Inspection Report for the proposed acquisition of the Bel House Apartments

The North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking price quotations from qualified individuals or firms to prepare a Termite Inspection report for real property that may be acquired by the agency. Minimum qualifications shall include proof of all required State and/or County certification(s) and/or license(s) and insurance coverage. The subject real property is comprised of the following folios located in Miami-Dade County, Florida: 06-2219-011-1280 and 06-2219-011-1130. The property addresses are 13925 and 13990 NE 6th Avenue. It is also requested that the Termite Inspection report be certified to the North Miami Community Redevelopment Agency.

The termite inspection must be performed in accordance with, but not be limited to, the scope and limitations of the applicable industry standards and procedures and is to provide separate findings and recommendations including, but not limited to, a cost estimate for treatment and/or repairs for each of the two (2) separate buildings being inspected. Please note that one of the buildings contains 20 apartment units that are occupied and the other building contains 45 apartment units that are all vacant pending the rehabilitation of the building. The requested Termite Report is to be completed ASAP within five (5) days of the qualified individual or firm being notified of the acceptance of their all inclusive price quotation.
