Maple Hill Track & Field Invitational

Dear Coach,
You and your track & field team are invited to participate in the 22nd annual Maple Hill Track & Field Invitational on Saturday, April 25th. This event has been well attended in the past and many teams look forward to coming back year after year. We hope that you will be able to attend!
Time: Entry cards are due no later than 9:00am. Preliminaries and field events will begin at 10:00am.
Facilities: A six lane, 400 meter, all-weather track and jumping areas. Only pin spikes and flats are allowed on the track and jumping areas.
Scoring & Awards: Scoring will be 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, and 1. Team plaques will be awarded to the top two teams. Ribbons will be awarded for places 1-6 in every event. A Most Outstanding Track Performer and a Most Outstanding Field Performer will be chosen and awarded plaques.
Entry Fees: $150 – Both boys and girls
$100 – Only boys or girls
The field for the meet will be limited to the first 15 boys teams and the first 15 girls teams that submit the attached entry form. Only schools Group 3 and smaller will be invited.
Entries: Each team will be allowed two entries per event and one relay team per relay. Each team is also allowed two wildcard entries for individual events. Entries must be on white 4 x 6 index cards. For girls entries please clip the upper left corner of the index card.
Athletic Trainer: There will be a Certified Athletic Trainer on site.
Concessions: There will be a concession stand with food and beverage provided by the Maple Hill Athletic Booster Club. T-shirts will also be available for purchase.
Rain Date: In the event that the invitational needs to be postponed due to rainit will be made up on Sunday, April 26th.
