Washington Swimming Summer Camp and Swim Team

This year the summer swim camp will be structured in a similar format to last summer. This will be an opportunity to work on technique as well as get in shape or stay in shape for your respective seasons. There will also be an opportunity to participate in the summer rec league swimming program. Each day you will have the opportunity to work with coaches on refining your technique in all areas of competitive swimming. You will receive individualized instruction which will combine drill work and conditioning. We will participate in the rec meets on Tuesdays as well to gauge how much you are improving throughout the course of the summer. This is a competitive swimming experience, so younger swimmers should be able to complete repeating 25s of freestyle and backstroke every couple of minutes.

Camp Schedule

6:15 – 7:15 AMM-F Lifting/Dryland @ CRW; Lifting on M/W/F. Dryland on T/T

7:00 – 9:00 AMM- F12 and over @ CRW

9:00 – 10:00 AMM – F 11 and under @ CRW.

5:30 – 7:00 PM??M, W, ThAll ages @ CRW

Evening practices are subject to demand and coaching availability. We ae not guaranteed that those times will be available.

Camp Dates

June 4-July 20

Camp Cost:

$200 for all 7 weeks. This will include t-shirt, cap, and entry fees for City Rec meets

If cost is an issue for your family, please contact Coach Cruise for alternatives. We will be happy to work something out for you if needed.

Younger kids may swim up with older kids, provided they can “keep up” and if space allows. This will be at the discretion of the coaching staff
