Junior Camp
We had a very enjoyable time on camp and images of some activities and children have been posted to our Facebook page.
Thursday the 4th – tomorrow
Please do not provide a hot lunch tomorrow as we will be at the cross-country. I have been getting different information regarding start times, but this is the latest:
- 1pm10 & under boys 2km
- 1:15 10 & under girls 2km
- 1:30 11 year old boys 3km
- 1:45 11 year old girls 3km
- 2:00 12/13 year old boys 3km
- 2:15 12/13 year old girls 3km
We will be leaving school by bus at 12:15pm and returning at 2:45pm. You can pick up your child from the venue if you are on time. Last year’s results were:
Name / 2016Aden / 8
Alice / 13
Cameron / 27
Charli / 19
Ilyza / 35
Lucy / 11
Mia / 12
So -the challenge for these kids is to do better than last time. For the first timers it is about setting a benchmark.
Senior Camp
Just a couple of medical forms to go. The cost of the senior camp has been finalised at $180 for the four night/five day camp.
Tally Kindergarten
The current hours for kindergarten at Tallygaroopna are 6 hour sessions (9 – 3). The committee has been informed that this will change as of 2018 down to 5 hour sessions (9 – 2). We are seeking feedback from as many families as possible, whether you will be utilizing the service next year or in the future. We want to present the feedback to the Shepparton council to try & reverse their decision. We would love to hear how this change might impact your lives or your decision on which kindergarten to send your children. Can you please make contact with the kindergarten by email or just call in to fill out a questionnaire.
Your input would be greatly appreciated
Thankyou
