Conditions of agreement
1. It is recommended to provide the dogs’ own items such as bed, toys and lead to keep things familiar and minimise upset.
2. For the same reason it is also recommended to bring the dogs’ usual food. Please bring a means to measure out the food amount. Please indicate if the dog is NOT allowed treats/food apart from that provided.
3. All dogs must have up to date vaccinations including Kennel Cough. A copy of the vaccination card can be sent with your deposit or shown on arrival of the dogs kennel stay. Under no circumstances will the dog be allowed stay without this.
You should also make sure your dog is treated for fleas and worms as they may be in contact with several dogs during their stay.
4. A muzzle must be provided for any dog that by Irish law requires one.
5. Our fee is fourteen (14) euro per night. A second dog is six (6) euro if the dogs are sharing the same kennel. Full fee applies if separate kennels are needed.
6. A deposit of twenty (20) euro per planned week of stay is required no less than two (2) weeks before the arrival date.
7. Please drop and collect your dog(s) at the following times; Monday-Friday 7-8am or 5.30-6.30pm, Weekends & Bank Holidays 7.30-10am or 5.30-6.30pm.
8. If your dog has a medical condition, please provide all relevant information. Whilst every possible care and attention will be given to each dog, we cannot exclude the chance of accident or illness and can therefore not be held responsible for same.
9. A veterinary surgeon will be called if in our opinion this is in the best interest of the dog. The bill to paid by the dog owner.
10. If the dog(s) is not collected within fourteen (14) days of the date on which it was due to leave the kennels the kennel owner has the authority to sell or otherwise dispose of the dog at their discretion.
11. Dogs may be photographed and photos may be used for our advertising.
