ELIGIBILITY FORM
Eligibility:
Restore America Project – Paul Davis Restoration willbe providing services to project participants who meet the following criteria:
(1) Participants need to be over the age of 18 and own their property.
(2) All applicants are required to have fill out an application, participate in a phone interview, and participate in a live interview with a selection manager before being selected.
(3) Applicants must supply two reference letters by trusted sources supporting their financial status and verifying their inability to pay for the project.
(4) Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to engage with Paul Davis and all volunteers both professionally and personally is required.
(5) Participants are required to meet with their case manager on a regular basis. Each participant’s meetings will be determined once the work readiness program is completed.
(6) Participant is responsible for allowing access to their property at all times needed.
(7) Participants may will need to remain flexible with all time lines and be considerate that Paul Davis and other volunteers also have other customers that they need to supply work for.
Intake Process/Screening:
(1)The selection manager will meet with interested homeowner to complete the selection process:
- A written essay explaining why they are a good candidate for the program
- Completion of an application
- Participate in a phone interview
- Participate in an in person interview
