Annual Dues

HOA dues were increased $10 to $280 for 2017. Contact one of the BODs for a copy of the Budget if you were not able to receive one at the Annual meeting. We remain grateful for the volunteers that keep our expenses as minimal as possible with their contributions to neighborhood management.

Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale with Ridgeview I- May 20th

Our neighbors in Ridgeview I have again invited us to participate in their Neighborhood Garage Sale. The date will be Saturday, May 20th. Start collecting your garage sale items now!

Animals

Our CC&Rs (Section 3.4.7) expressly forbid allowing pets to run at large and require barking dogs to be controlled by their owners. Pets who are or become an annoyance or nuisance of the neighborhood are not allowed to be kept on any lot. Please be considerate to your neighbors and keep your pets under control at all times, especially early mornings or late evenings when others may be trying to rest.

Sidewalk Improvements

This year we hope to address the state of some areas of our sidewalk. As most of you are aware, there are many areas that are in need of repair. After getting a few bids, we may begin replacing some of the panels. If the bids are not favorable, we will again grind the edges of the uneven panels, and continue to save for replacement. Additionally, we will cut underlying roots to reduce the panel heave. Having this work done is costly, but is necessary for safety of the homeowners.

Pruning along Sidewalks

For the homeowners with sidewalks, please trim obstructions per American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. This requirement is that the sidewalk shall be clear of plants and vegetation 7 feet vertically the full width of the sidewalk; 8 feet recommended for droop and growth. Thank you!

Backflow Inspection

Any homeowner with an irrigation system, who is not a part of our HOA group for yearly backflow inspections, may want to sign up on our website to join the group. We save money by having a large group. Thanks to Mike Werner for organizing this.
