Registration Open 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Conference Hours 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Trade Show Hours 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Cancellations:

Cancellations may be made with no penalty until February 17, 2017. After that time a $25 administrative fee will be assessed.

Exhibit Space:

Exhibit booth space will be reserved in the Expo hall at $75 for an 8’ x 8’ space. Included in the price are 1 table, 2 chairs. The $75 outdoor exhibit space is 40’ x 40’.

Small or Large Table Exhibits. Materials can be mailed to Iredell County Center, Attn: NC Agritunity, PO Box 311, Statesville NC 28687. NC Agritunity volunteers will place materials on table and return left over materials by mail (return postage covered by exhibit fee).

Reservations for space must be made before 2/17/17. Forms can be faxed to (704)878-3164.
