Duties:

Maintain distribution group mailbox, distribute customer requests to distribution Analysts and Project Manager as needed. Create pick-lists for distribution of clinical trial materials, maintain distribution metrics also supply customer specific reports related to distribution and provide any investigation process due to any discrepancy.
