1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER.
Called to order by Chairman Klansey Bateman at 6:30 P.M.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Lead by Board Member Vrayen Soriano.
4. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2015.
Motion made by Vice Chairman Dustin Rodeback, seconded by Board Member Brandon Grossman to approve the minutes recorded for the Wendover City Planning and Zoning Meeting held on Monday, December 7th. All in favor, motion passed.
5. APPROVE OR AMEND THE MINUTES RECORDED FOR THE WENDOVER CITY PLANNING AND ZONING PUBLIC HEARING HELD ON THURSDAY OCTOBER 1ST, 2015.
Motion made by Board Member Vrayen Soriano, seconded by Chairman Klansey Bateman to approve the minutes recorded for the Wendover City Planning and Zoning Public Hearing held on Thursday October 1st, 2015. All in favor, motion passed.
6. COUNCIL LIAISON DENNIS SWEAT UPDATES AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO.
Council Liaison Dennis Sweat told the planning and zoning board with the county tax assessments being placed on hold that the annexing of Intrepid is currently on the back burner for right now.
7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
None
8. NEW BUSINESS.
Chairman Klansey Bateman said he has been receiving complaints about a curb and gutter across the street from the elementary school has been blocked off. He asked City Clerk Devan Clevenger to look into possibly sending a letter out to the property owners making them aware it needs to be unblocked. He also stated he is still receiving some complaints about the cars at Manny Carrillo’s yard next to the Bonneville Dental and ask the clerk do a letter to the owner as well. City Clerk Devan Clevenger said she would look into what needs to be done in order to get a letter out to them.
9. COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE.
Ishmael Ramirez thanked the planning and zoning commission for all their help with his project of installing his house. He also asked them what was needed in order to set up a double carport attached to his existing structure. The Planning and Zoning board made him aware he doesn’t need to get it approved with him that he is able to check with the City Clerk on the set backs for the structure and fill out the paperwork for the building permit.
10. NEXT SCHEDULED PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 2, 2016 AT 6:30 P.M.
