Requirements to apply: The scholarship program is open to current Central Oregon high school juniors planning to attend an accredited college or university in the fall of 2015. Candidates must have a 3.5 or above GPA, outstanding participation in school extracurricular and/or leadership activities, and a solid record of community involvement.
