- Have the safety department accomplish buy-in from the supervisors (idea: invite safety manager to management team meetings once per month at the strategic planning meetings)
 - Get an leadership and employee development program in place
 - Develop the manager and get organization within the communications and outreach department
 - Delegate and trust more to become more comfortable with managers’ abilities
 - Find out where all the vehicles are
 - Get T4 building project completed in 2017

- Mitigate all five high security risks by 7/1/2017
 - Mitigate five medium security risks by the end of the year
 - Have the Gretna and Hinson substations communicating before the go-live date (5/31)
