Lori- Treasury report-

  1. Balance of $5400.00 not including $1400.00 owing for Jerseys and upcoming ice time cost at TCC.
  2. Rink of Dreams @Coyote game deposit of 20% of what we estimate on ticket sales, unsure of deadline for deposits. Estimate $425.00 for Carolina game and $630.00 for Tampa Bay game. Lori will follow up on $ amount for previous year.
  3. Future donation from Motion Industries $300.00 and TEP $600.00

Corrina, Lori, Dora- Fundraising-

  1. Proposed advertising Rink of Dreams with players, market larger companies.
  2. Chick Filet will donate food plattersfor WYHA fundraising event
  3. Raffle Walmart gift cards and sell Sees candy.
  4. Possibilities for fundraising in Phoenix
  5. DQ and Pappoules fundraising on hold until hear back from Frank
  6. Table at Coyote/U of A games to sell t-shirts and promote WYHA, will need to get permission.

Pat- proposed Jersey #’s in vinyl with one color. Two sets of 0-9, one set in large and second set in small Majority favored WYHA logo in front with sponsors in the back of t-shirt.

Ryan-Motion vote to post online pre-sale on WYHAt-shirt. Corrina seconded. All in favor.

Ryan Motions have older kids skate first for Rink of Dreams in December. Scott seconded. All in favor.

Jennifer- potential coaching and help with checking in LTS will follow up with an email to parents. LTS equipment locker # 745.

Ryan Motions to retrieve $35.00 deposit for LTS skates, if skates are returned at end of season a refund of $30.00 will be made, WYHA will retain $5.00 for skate sharping. Lori will set up a tracking log. Lori seconded. All in favor

Ryan-hockey equipment

  1. Set up certain date to have kids come in to get fit/set up with equipment
  2. Open house @ Play it again sports located on Oracle Rd and Bookman’s sporting exchange.

Peter Piper location for an additional registration location, table date until ice time schedule is available

Pat-Tom Laue updated on rink, expecting to finalize investors at the end of the month.

Ryan- Estimate hourly ice cost of about $300.00. Possible schedule: Mite, LTP, & Squirt have an hour each. Pewee, Bantam & Midget will have two 90minute with ice cut. LTS start on Saturday’s and Sunday’s to 9:15am to 10:00am. On Sundays at 1pm to 1:45pm will include game or Stick and Puck.
