Abstract

Authors are requested to upload an abstract of a maximum of two pages (including references and figures) no later than November 30th, 2009, to the Congress web site The uploaded file must be in the Portable Document Format (PDF) and the file name should conform to the followingexample:Surname1Surname2Surname3_abstract.pdf.

The abstract must be written in English. It must contain the full name, address and e-mail/s of the author/s. In case of joint authorship, the name of the speaker who will present the paper at the Congress should be underlined.

Equations must be numbered continuously using the format shown in Equation 1:

where the unknown symbols are explained after the equation. Figures, graphs and tables must be included using the same style as in Figure 1 and Table 1. Bibliographical citations should be written inalphabetical order as in the References section below, where Reference [2] exemplifies the case of atextbook, while Reference [3] is an article in conference proceedings and Reference [1] is an article in ajournal.
