Growing in Mind, Body and Spirit

St. Bartholomew Catholic School empowers all students in our faith-filled welcoming community

to grow in mind, body and spirit.

La escuela católica de St. Bartholomew da la bienvenida a todos los estudiantes a nuestra comunidad de Fé, y los fortalece para crecer en la mente, el cuerpo y el espíritu.

NOTES from Mrs. Heckman

What unusual weather we have had so far this spring! I do not remember ever having three days of school cancellation in April for weather-related issues. Thank you so much for assisting your children with accessing their eLearning Days assignments last week. When we return to school on Monday, teachers will assess if students had any issues with completion due to technology or other problems. We will determine a fair amount of time for students to complete missing assignments if they experienced any problems. Please contact your child’s teacher if you have concerns or questions regarding assignments from the eLearning Days. Let’s all hope that the weather improves quickly so we can enjoy some spring before summer arrives!

This Saturday, April 14th is the biggest PTO fundraiser of the year – the Spring Auction. See the PTO section below for details about this event. Please support our PTO and school by attending the auction, bidding on items and/or donating to our auction Fund-a-Need.

ISTEP+ Part 2

We are currently working on the final schedule for ISTEP+ Part 2, but our plan is to test on Monday, April 23rd through Friday, April 27th. The majority of testing should take place in the mornings. Please do not schedule appointments during this time for students in grades 3-8. Thank you for your support and help with this!

Registration 2018-2019

Registration for next year has been going very well so far. We currently have over 400 students registered for the 2018-2019 school year! After we see your tax forms, then we may ask you to apply for financial aid through FACTS as well.

To all Participating Parishioner Families – If you are planning to qualify for the lower Participating Parishioner Tuition Rate for the 2018-2019 school year, then your Intention Card for 2018 must be turned in to the parish office by April 15th when we will begin rolling over FACTS to the new school year. A new stewardship card must be turned in every year in order to qualify for Participating Parishioner Tuition!

Please check your FACTS Prepaid Accounts (lunch, field trips, special services) and Tuition Account to be sure that you do not have any negative balances. Registrations for 2018-2019 are not complete if there is a negative balance.
