If you would like to request a wheelchair space, a seat for an essential companion, or space for an assistance animal, bookings must be made by telephone or email. All other bookings may be made online.

Visit us in person, or call 0333 130 0967 and our Box Office staff will complete the form with you. Telephone lines are open from 2-4pm, Monday to Friday. The Box Office will be open regularly for booking in person from April 2017.

- Front page of DLA/PIP (no specific rate)
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Credability’s Access Card
If you do not require any of the above, you may use this form to let us know of your requirements but we do not require any evidence from you. You may also book tickets online and use the comments box to inform us of any support needs.
