Quick Impact Project Proposal

Proposals are invited for small-scale projects address immediate needs of the population and support the implementation of UNIFIL’s mandate of the peacekeeping.

Provide details and sequencing of activities that would be undertaken, any separate phases of the project, materials that would be used, how long the project would take. Infrastructure/construction/technical projects should be accompanied by a detailed technical drawing prepared by an engineer.

Annex A: Additional notes on budget and cost estimates (bids)

If the project requires procurement of materials/equipment proposals should be accompanied by three (3) price offers from three (3) different contractors/providers, with the validity date specified, which will include details of type of equipment (exact models)

If the project requires selection of contractors, the bids should include technical drawing prepared by an engineer, which will include all necessary details and measurements, particularly if of the project involves new construction or rehabilitation of existing structures. These bids should include a detailed cost breakdown to illustrate which costs are labour and which are materials.

All bids should be on the contractor/providers headed paper and include name, address, and telephone number of contractor/provider and they must stamp and sign the offer.
