2016-17SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST
Supplies
2 boxes Kleenex
2 rolls of paper towels
6 small glue sticks
1 bottle of liquid hand soap (foaming soap is preferred)
1 box of ziplock bags (sandwich, or gallon size)
1 family photo to be kept at school, 2 photos if your child is in extended day (they
can be the same photo)
1 box CRAYOLA brand 24 ct. crayons
A backpack that will be brought to school and taken home each day with work the child has done.
A backpack for full day children only to store travel size pillow and small blanket which will stay at school and be sent home on Fridays for blanket to be washed.
1 change of clothing (2 for full day children) which includes:
2 pair of underwear
1 pair of socks
1 pair long sweatpants (easy changing) 1 shirt
1 large zip lock storage bag labeled with child’s name that the clothes
will go into.
(No skirts/dresses/tights)
ALL clothing items must be labeled with your child’s first and last name. This should include hats, gloves, jackets, sweaters, socks, underwear, boots. ALL clothing!
Grateful Gifts (not required but veryappreciated)

1 box of CRAYOLA brand CLASSIC COLORS washable markers (thick
or thin)
6 additional small glue sticks.
1 pkg. small colored spongesCello brand
1 bottle of Elmer’s Blue Gel
1 additional box of Ziplock bags (gallon or sandwich size)
1 additional bottle of liquid hand soap
1 pack of standard size 8 1/2 x 11 white copy paper
Supplies can be brought to CLASSROOM ORIENTATION MEETING or to OPEN HOUSE Sunday, August 21, and given to the staff.
State required registration forms must on file by Monday August 17. (Refer to your teacher’s introduction letter enclosed for your class PARENT ORIENTATION MEETING)
