Please ! One of the last jobs that the ushers need to do BEFORE leaving after Mass is to help “straighten up” the pews for the next Mass, by putting missals back into the holders and removing paper(s) etc. It will only take a few minutes if everyone pitches in. THANK YOU !
If, for some reason, you are unable to serve as scheduled, please arrange for a substitute.

PLEASE NOTE !!!!! If there is a person(s) who is in attendance or on the church groundsmaking you or other parishioners“uncomfortable”, please use discretion, ask them to leave or
CALL 9-1-1. The phone is located in the sacristy in the right-hand cabinet over the sink. Emergency first aid equipment is in the Ushers room.
NOTE !!!!!!!!!!! Ushers……..Please make sure that the double doors in the church remain closed until the final blessing, as well as the accordian door(chapel).
PLEASE 2nd Collections follow immediately after the first collections. Refrain from seating latecomers during the readings! In an effort to hold heating/air conditioning costs down, keep doors closed until after thefinal blessing and the exit procession has started. Fr. Jonathan has asked the ushers to make an effort to have families take up the gifts to the altar.
