Resolve ASB are a national organisation working to develop, share and influence best practice in tackling ASB. Established since 1995, Resolve ASB is seen by many as the leading voice in the Community Sector sector, supporting the work of the Home Office and other national bodies.

Following the acquisition of a new company and expansion of services, Resolve ASB are in the process of restructuring. This is a unique and very exciting time, with vacancies at Resolve ASB becoming available very rarely.

Resolve ASB offer four key areas of service – training and development, professional practice, influencing, and member services. In relation to the latter of these, Resolve ASB provide a service to 100’s of organisations who work to tackle ASB and Community Safety issues. These services consist of news bulletins, practitioner guidance, regional meetings and a national conference (amongst other things). An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Member Services Coordinator to support the team in developing and delivering these services.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and delivering all member services. You will also work with members to understand their needs, tailoring services around your findings.

To be successful in your role as Member Services Coordinator you will draw on your knowledge of ASB and Community Safety issues to draft practitioner guidance, set relevant and topical agendas for regional events, and share knowledge across our contacts. You will also be required to deliver training and consultancy services.

You will have a tangible track record of working in the ASB/Community Safety sector and a strong understanding of relevant legislation and best practice. You will also be highly organised and used to working in a busy environment. As a small team which strives to do big things, you will also be flexible to the tasks that you undertake.

To support the national reach of the organisation, Resolve is made up of a remote team. The successful officer will therefore be expected to be predominantly home based and the appropriate IT equipment will be provided to support this.
