  1. HAMWORTHY RAIL CROSSING

To consider the Progress Report on the Proposed Hamworthy Rail Crossing and Options (attached).

  1. STERTE AREA TRAFFIC CALMING AND PARKING SCHEME

To consider the Consultation Responses in respect of the Sterte Area Traffic Calming and Parking Scheme (attached).

  1. OBJECTIONS TO TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS

To consider the Representations received in response to the advertisement of ‘Waiting Restrictions’ in Lower Hamworthy (attached).

  1. INFORMATION ONLY ITEM - TRAFFIC PANEL

To note the Report of Head of Transportation Services (attached), relating to:

  • Turlin Road/Foreland Road – Difficulties for large vehicles manoeuvring and
  • Prosperous Street– Request for Double Yellow Lines

To address matters identified by residents (attached) and where time permits, residents will be invited to express their views and ask questions on local issues of interest and/or concern.
