-Employed byTECHNIP ITALY to MHC Unit 2299 PKRT GDANSK REFINERY RESIDUE UPGRADE PROJECT oversee the overall daily Inspection Painting and Insulation Reports and RFI (Request for Inspection) issued and submitted by the main subcontractors POLIMEX-SICES, ENERGOP for heat conservation insulation, cold conservation insulation and acoustic conservation insulation for pipes and equipments by issuing insulation inspection reports on a daily basis, for PROCESS AREA ZONE, pipe rack 100, 200, 300.

-Main duties include troubleshooting, problem solving and consultancy as well as monitoring off all contractors painting and insulation activities for the construction and RFSU MHC Unit 2299 PKRT Poland. I also undertake training of local workforce in corrosion control and surface preparation and coating application techniques.

-Assigned to Snamprogetti Lummus Gas LTD for AGIP GAS BV LIBYA BRANCH, NC-41, MELLITAH PLANT, natural gas processing plant, 3 trains-50 million man hour’s project, to oversee the overall daily Inspection Reports of abrasive blasting/painting and hot dip galvanizing/hot and cold insulation/acoustic insulation/wrapping of carbon steel underground pipes/refractory lining activities, by issuing painting inspection reports & insulation inspection reports on a daily basis.

-Preparation of Quality Control Inspection packages, including Quality Inspection Plans (QIP), Inspection Report/Checklist (IRCL’s).

-Effectively manage on-going coating and insulation subcontractor’s activity to ensure they are completed to forecast schedule and budget.

-Inspection and monitoring of application of insulation as specified in Quality Control Procedure and Project specification and ITP’s.

-Inspection of cryogen insulation of different equipments in Sulphur Plant, process equipment and Piping.

-Assigned to PETROMAR CONSTANTA to oversee the Inspection of blasting and painting maintenance works.

-Established a test protocol for offshore drilling platform maintenance coatings.

-Developed a test protocol for offshore ballast tanks and immersion coatings.

-Responsible for all aspects of inspection, HSE and Quality Control of blasting and coating, reporting to Offshore Project Manager on a daily basis.

-Supervised the day-to-day surface preparation, abrasive blasting, and painting for the coating maintenance programme for CONSTANTA-PETROMAR field offshore.
