Hodgeman County Grade School Supply List

2011-2012

Kindergarten Supplies – All supplies should have child’s name on them.

  1. One box of 8 standard size crayons by Crayola. Please mark each crayon with your child’s first name.

2. A package of 12 #2 yellow pencils.

  1. A small bottle of Elmer’s White Glue. (Please no gel glue!)
  2. Four dry erase markers.
  3. Large box of Kleenex
  4. A school bag that is easily accessible for your child.
  5. A pair of scissors (Fiskars) (The scissors usually have colored handles and thecutting edge is made from metal.

Please get a pair for your child so that it isnot too sharp!)

  1. 2 pocket folders for work to be sent home.
  2. An art box so all items above have a place to go.

Please do not send anything else, as the children do not have their own desks. Be sure to get the name brands that I have listed so that the children are all working with the same materials.

First Grade Supplies – All supplies should have the child’s name on them.

  1. Colored Pencils
  2. Three regular pencils ( yellow pencils only)
  3. 1 box of 24 regular crayons
  4. Pair of small scissors
  5. Elmer’s Glue
  6. 2 Glue sticks
  7. 2 large boxes Kleenex
  8. 2 pocket folders
  9. School Supply Box
  10. Markers (Colored)

Second Grade Supplies – Please write each child’s name on all supplies.

Initials on each crayon, marker, and pencil would also be a big help.

  1. 1 Spiral Notebook
  2. 6+ #2 Pencils
  3. 1 large eraser or pencil top erasers
  4. 1 box of 24 regular Crayola Crayons – no more than that
  5. Scissors – sharp point
  6. Bottle glue – white, no gel please
  7. 2 - Glue Sticks
  8. 2 large boxes of Kleenex
  9. School bag
  10. 1 pocket folder
  11. School supply box, no large ones…they won’t fit in desks
  12. 4 Dry Erase Markers – No yellow please
  13. 1 Box of gallon or snack sized storage bags or freezer quart-sized bags
  14. Old white sock – for an eraser for Dry Erase Markers
  15. Colored pencils

Third Grade Supplies – All supplies should have child’s name on them

  1. 1 pkg. Wide-lined subject notebook paper(for 3 ring notebook furnished by school)
