Annual Meeting Announcement

Dear Association Member:

In accordance with the Association bylaws, the Northstar Association will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the library at Norman Rockwell Elementary School located at 11125 162nd Avenue NE, Redmond, WA (please note that the school requires no food, beverages, or small children be allowed at the meeting). The agenda will include: election of new HOA Board Members (President and Secreteary), review of committee updates,discussion of CC&R ammendments, and ratifying the proposed 2014 budget. Please visit to view or download the proposed budget and meeting agenda, copies will be available on November 6th.

For 2014, we are once again requesting that annual HOA dues be waived for the 4 officers of the Association in honor of their service to the community ($1380 total). We would also like to recognize additional committee and community members who are committed to the livability and on-going property value of homes within the Northstar community. Homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend this meeting to represent their interests as homeowners of Northstar and communicate with the Board of Directors.

If you are unable to attend this meeting or if only one of the owners of your home can attend, you may submit the enclosed proxy. The proxy (your expression of a vote in lieu of a physical vote) has three sections; please complete only the section that applies to your situation.

Use Section 1 to give the Association Board of Directors your proxy.
Use Section 2 to give someone else who will be attending the meeting your proxy.
Use Section 3 if you are authorizing one owner of your home to cast the vote(s) for your home.

Proxies must be received by the Association Board of Directors. Please complete the form on the reverse side of this sheet and send to the annual meeting with one owner of your home, a neighbor who will cast votes for your, or return to Corey Weathers, HOA board president at or at his residence: 16537 NE 117th Way
