$75 for any exhibitor (full payment received by April 1st, 2018) ______
All exhibitor tables are approximately 8’ by 3’ and include 2 chairs.Exhibitor displays must not exceed 5 feet in height without prior approval by vendor coordinator.

Some limited assistance with unloading and loading of exhibitor’s products will be provided by volunteers for FREE. We assume no responsibility in the event that merchandise is lost or damaged.
Exhibitor spaces will be assigned once non- refundable payment has been received in full on first come/first serve basis. Most tables will be located indoors at Scott Hall and the Huntley Room within the Parish House. Outdoor/tented space may be assigned to vendors based on utilization of indoor space.
Your canceled check is your receipt. Event will take place rain, shine or snow!

INFORMATION and GUIDELINES

1. First Parish in Framingham will be open at 7:00am the day of the event for exhibitor set up.
2. No tacks, nails, screws or tape will be permitted for fastening displays onto the walls, ceilings or floor surfaces. You are responsible for any and all damages.
3.All exhibitors must use their assigned space; no soliciting by walking around the facility is allowed.
4.First Parish in Framingham assumes no responsibility for losses of any kind and will not refund any fees.
5.All exhibitors are responsible for cleaning up their area after the close of the Craft & Vendor Fair event. That includes all trash and other items within your area.
6.Please display all prices and sales tax fees at your table so that customers are aware prior to any purchases.
7.Any food sold at the event must be wrapped and packaged, not to be consumed on premises; only small sample items may be consumed on the premises.
8.Only First Parish in Framingham will be selling refreshments during the event.
9. Proceeds from entrance fees, vendor fees, refreshment sales support First Parish in Framingham. We respectfully request that you refrain from soliciting pure cash donations so as not to compete with our efforts.
10.Each exhibitor will be responsible for supplying their own change / cash box / POS machine.
11.Limited electricity will be available. Advanced request is required. Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords.
12. All exhibitor displays must not exceed 5 feet in height without prior approval by vendor coordinator.
